(hereinafter referred to as Yichang South Glass), marking the beginning of the first batch of products in the "Tianqing" series entering the mass production and shipment stage, providing guarantee for large-scale green hydrogen production and new energy power generation, and having a milestone significance for Tianhe Yuan Hydrogen.
The Tianqing electrolytic cell system purchased by Yichang South Glass is mainly used for the process hydrogen of polycrystalline silicon devices. High purity hydrogen gas can be prepared by electrolysis of water to produce chlorosilane, which is required for the production of polycrystalline silicon. After distillation and purification, high-purity trichlorosilane raw material is obtained, which is vapor deposited on the silicon core in the reduction furnace to obtain high-purity polycrystalline silicon.
The Tianhe Yuan Hydrogen "Tianqing" electrolytic cell series was officially released in Changzhou on December 19, 2022. The first batch of electrolytic cells in this series were independently designed and manufactured by Tianhe Hydrogen. The main technical indicators such as single unit hydrogen production, electrolysis efficiency, and current density have all reached the advanced level in China. The single cell hydrogen production delivered this time is 1000Nm ³/ h. The energy consumption meets the national standard for first level energy efficiency. Compared to traditional electrolytic cells, the "Tianqing" alkaline electrolytic cell has an increase in operating current density of about 50% -75%, a reduction in DC power consumption of 10% -15%, a reduction in electrolytic cell volume of 30%, and a reduction in equipment cost of 15%. It has the characteristics of high density and low energy consumption, which is more in line with the development needs of green electricity. The single tank hydrogen production of the same series of products that have not yet been released can reach up to 2000Nm ³/ H.
The product performance has reached the international advanced level. The Tianqing electrolytic cell has a hydrogen production capacity of 25% -120% wide power fluctuations, combined with unique control technology, to better adapt to renewable energy electricity. At the same time, the Tianqing system adopts a modular design, a framework product structure, and standard module integration, which is suitable for large-scale rapid deployment. The alkali tank frame is designed in a many-to-one manner, further reducing the unit system cost of hydrogen production. In a comprehensive situation, equipment investment can be reduced by 30%, providing a more reliable technical foundation for obtaining green hydrogen at a lower price in scale.
In terms of intelligence, the system utilizes intelligent operation and maintenance solutions for three-level control management and cloud platform monitoring, with the ability to start and stop with one click and automatically determine risk shutdown alarms. It also retains the cloud data synchronization viewing and control function interface, facilitating remote control, further enhancing product safety and operation and maintenance efficiency, and improving customer experience. At the same time, the integrated sewage recycling design can achieve zero emissions during equipment operation.
