At this exhibition, the Tianqing series products stood out in the fiercely competitive hydrogen production field with their cost advantages. Compared to traditional alkaline electrolysis tanks, the Tianqing series has higher electrolysis efficiency and lower energy consumption, ensuring hydrogen purity while reducing production costs and saving asset investment. By reducing DC power consumption, it is possible to indirectly reduce the initial investment of hydrogen production equipment by 10% -25%, while the DC power consumption of Tianqing series products can be as low as 4.2kwh/Nm under full load conditions ³， Expected to reach 4.0kwh/Nm in the future ³， It is of great significance for reducing the cost of hydrogen production.

The rated hydrogen production of Tianqing electrolytic cell is 1000 Nm ³/ h. Customized single tank hydrogen production can reach up to 2000Nm according to different needs ³/ h. And all meet the national first level energy efficiency standards. In addition, the product quality has passed CE certification and BV testing, laying a solid foundation for Tianhe Yuan Hydrogen to further enter overseas markets.
The traditional hydrogen usage model generally transports hydrogen from the production area to hydrogen refueling stations for storage and use, which has low transportation capacity, high cost, long loading and unloading time, low comprehensive energy efficiency, and safety hazards. In response to this pain point, the Tianqing series of mobile hydrogen production stations not only have convenient installation, strong mobility, and easy transportation, but also adopt an integrated pry design, customized according to customer requirements, and can produce up to 500Nm ³/ h. It can achieve independent control and provide customers with more precise solutions, applied in industries such as steel metallurgy, transportation, methanol production, energy and electricity, and other industries.

Chief Engineer Liu Wanming stated that the entire service process covers the entire industry chain from front-end engineering design to equipment manufacturing, and then to engineering construction and commissioning.
