Li Qiang emphasized at the opening ceremony that we must always grasp the overall direction of building an open world economy and open up a vast blue ocean for future economic development. One is to deepen scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation, and create an open, fair, and non discriminatory environment for scientific and technological innovation on the basis of protecting intellectual property rights. The second is to lay a solid foundation for green development, fulfill their respective emission reduction responsibilities, and jointly promote the development of green and low-carbon industries. The third is to maintain an open market environment, open up and cooperate closely, abandon opposition between camps, oppose "decoupling and disconnection", maintain stable and smooth industrial and supply chains, and guide and promote the healthy development of globalization. Gao Haichun proposed four suggestions for working together with small and medium-sized enterprises to achieve a zero carbon future.
Firstly, use more green energy. According to the International Energy Agency, in 2023, global energy related carbon dioxide emissions accounted for over 85% of global carbon emissions. Therefore, advocating the use of more green energy, configuring energy solutions, integrating digital technology with energy management, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction, and jointly heading towards the era of "PV+AI" energy.
Secondly, strengthen the construction of green supply chains to make product lifecycles more sustainable. Purchasing from an environmentally friendly supply chain can not only reduce overall carbon emissions, but also create a competitive advantage. Tianhe Solar voluntarily discloses carbon emission information and provides carbon traceability. To achieve zero carbonization of the supply chain in the Tianhe Solar Energy Zero Carbon Industrial Park.
Thirdly, strengthen collaborative innovation among enterprises, financial institutions, and governments. We strengthen innovation cooperation with many enterprises to achieve business model innovation and financial innovation.
Fourthly, strengthen global cooperation. In areas such as research and development, intellectual property, production capacity, services, business management, and risk control systems, we look forward to cooperating with global long-term boards, complementing our strengths, integrating into the global industrial chain, and jointly building, discussing, and sharing a global new energy system.
