Recently, the first batch of equipment for the GW level automated production line of Trina Green Hydrogen Yangzhou Production Base has officially entered the site. Currently, the project has completed the main construction and entered the stage of equipment entry and production commissioning. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of this year.

      

The Yangzhou production base integrates the entire production process of alkaline electrolytic cells, including core component independent processing production lines, electrolytic cell assembly production lines, and auxiliary frame construction production lines. It mainly includes machining production lines, electrode plate welding production lines, and nickel mesh automatic assembly and welding production lines, achieving functions such as incoming material size detection, electrode frame machining, electrode plate and mesh cutting and welding, post weld detection, digital control, and intelligent logistics.
The production line adopts the industry's first alkali tank electrode double-sided intelligent welding robot, which is based on AI algorithm for real-time welding seam tracking technology to achieve laser welding seam adaptive tracking and focus tracking and compensation technology. The vision guided robot realizes the positioning and high-precision assembly of flexible materials such as electrode plates, nickel mesh, and plate mesh. Through beam shaping, it realizes the ultra-low deformation laser welding process of less than 0.5mm, and the automation level is globally leading.
