On November 21, the first set of 1000Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzer of Trina Green Hydrogen Yangzhou R&D and Production Base was officially launched and shipped, which means that the alkaline stack automation production line of Yangzhou Base has fully met the production conditions. The first alkaline electrolyzer to roll off the production line of Yangzhou Production Base is the second-generation product of the One series. It adopts innovative internal structure and industry-leading core materials. It is produced through the intelligent automatic production line of the base. The current density is increased by 30% compared with conventional products, the volume is reduced by 23%, the weight is reduced by 18%, and the energy consumption is reduced by 5%.
The automated production line of Trina Green Hydrogen Yangzhou Production Base adopts advanced technology and equipment, and consists of four parts: plate automatic welding line, channel automatic processing line, plate mesh electrode automatic welding line, and electrolyzer assembly line. Advanced equipment and technology make the production process more efficient and accurate. The production line integrates automatic control, acoustic and optical detection, VI algorithm, big data, cloud platform and other technologies to ensure the consistency and reliability of the product, and realize the "4-100%" intelligent production line of 100% automation, 100% quality self-determination, 100% product digitization, and 100% information sharing.
With the successful launch of the first set of 1,000 cubic meter caustic soda cell at the Yangzhou production base, Trina Green Hydrogen has ushered in a new development situation and laid a solid foundation for providing high-quality products and services to global hydrogen energy customers.
